Dear Neighbors, I’m excited to share the latest on our work at the Council and all that’s happening in Ward 4! Ward 4 and Legislative News A Joyful Ward 4 Senior Jubilee It was an honor to host so many of our seniors this week at our Ward 4 Senior Jubilee. We gathered at Fort Stevens Park and enjoyed music, dancing, food, drinks, prizes, and a resource fair with over a dozen DC agencies and community groups. My favorite moment came at the end, when Ward 4’s own Shirleta Settles sang Happy Birthday to all our seniors who celebrate an October birthday.
